How Do I Get Portfolio Allocations Within A Specific Period?

How to pull Portfolio Allocations within a specific time period.

Formula

=ALLOCATOR_PORTFOLIO_ALLOCATIONS_ARRAY( [Text] Portfolio ID, [Text] Allocation ID, [Date] Start Date, [Date] End Date, [Text] Mode, [Text] Include Estimate)

Arguments

Portfolio ID - Required - Text - Eg: 9c26e7            The Portfolio ID.

Allocation ID - Required - Text - Eg: bfc244          The Allocation ID.

Start Date - Optional - Date - Eg: 2021-01-01       The start date in YYYY-MM-DD format.

End Date - Optional - Date - Eg: 2021-12-31         The end date in YYYY-MM-DD format.

Mode - Optional – Text - Eg: Wide                        How you want the output ("Wide" or "Narrow").

Include Estimate - Optional – Text - Default: No Whether to show the Allocation if it is an Estimate.

Example

The Portfolio Allocation of fund “fdedb7” in Portfolio “Ac1b5ea” for the year 2021.

= ALLOCATOR_PORTFOLIO_ALLOCATIONS_ARRAY( "Ac1b5ea","fdedb7","2021-01-01","2021-12-31")

Remarks

If the dates are ignored, Portfolio Allocations Array will return everything without any date restriction.

The date field is not format sensitive if you input a cell reference.

[Start Date] If you don't specify the start date, Portfolio Allocations Array will return everything before the end date.

[End Date] If you don't specify the end date, Portfolio Allocations Array will return everything after the start date.
